If your child struggles with routines, transitions, or follow through, and you find yourself repeating the same reminders every day, this program is built for that. It's for parents who sense there's a skill gap, not a discipline problem, and want to understand what's really going on.
Yes. This program isn't a replacement for evaluations or outside support. It gives you practical tools to identify and teach the specific skills your child is missing, so what you learn works alongside anything else you're already doing.
No. This program is built around identifying and teaching lagging skills, whether or not your child has a diagnosis. Many parents join before an evaluation, after one, or without ever pursuing one at all.
No. This program is built around executive functioning skills, the ones behind planning, starting tasks, and handling transitions. Instead of managing behavior with rewards or consequences, you'll learn to identify and teach the skill that's actually missing.
Each module includes a video lesson and materials you'll use in daily life, not extra work on top of it. Most parents fit this in during the time they're already spending on homework, mornings, or bedtime, just done differently.
The program is self directed, so you move through the modules at your own pace. The private Facebook group and weekly group coaching are there for the full 3 months, with the option to extend at a discounted rate for existing clients.
You get up to three one on one sessions during the 12 weeks, one per month. These are for working through what's specific to your child and your family, the parts that don't fit neatly into a module.
Many parents start this program solo and bring their partner in as they see change at home. The tools are designed to be simple enough to share, and results tend to be the best invitation.
Every family is different, but most parents notice small shifts in the first few weeks, a quieter morning, a homework session that doesn't end in tears. The bigger changes build as you move through the modules. As with anything, you get out what you put in. The strategies work and I am with you for support, but your results are dependent on your efforts and commitment to the program.
